I’m Seryna Muhammad-Wilkinson, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, & families as they navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, racial identity, grief, & parenting. My background includes work in nursing & counseling, serving as a school counselor, adjunct faculty member, & associate professor. I truly enjoy working with clients who are committed to improving themselves emotionally & mentally, & who seek the guidance of a trusted professional. My approach to counseling is grounded in empathy & empowerment, & I’m always eager to expand my knowledge.

I earned my Master’s in School Counseling from Capella University, and I incorporate various modalities into my practice, including Rogerian therapy, Adlerian therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, culturally sensitive therapy, and compassion-focused therapy. For those interested, I also offer a faith-based perspective.
