Insurance and Fees Overview

Here at Tranquil Life Counseling Center, LLC, we have a team dedicated to work with your insurance carriers. We want you to focus on making a better you. We will handle them, so you can maintain that focus. If you do not have insurance, you may speak to your therapist about our Sliding Scale options. Individual, family, couple and group therapy are provided at a variable rate of frequency that may increase and decrease as your individual needs change. Fees for these services are as follows:

Complex assessments that may be required or recommended by another agency as part of probation, family preservation, parole etc, are not eligible for billing through insurance and will be available at the following self pay rates:

Sliding scale fees may be available based on demonstrated financial need which will be reviewed every 3 months of service.

Payments and co-payments for services are due in full at the time of service and may be rendered via cash, check ($30 fee if returned), major credit card or HSA cards. Any disputed credit card charges will incur a $15 fee.
