Clinical Social Worker, LMSW
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, Certified Trauma Professional, Doctoral Candidate, and currently working towards becoming a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) practitioner and am under supervision, fulfilling the required criteria for certification. I help individuals navigate life’s challenges, specializing in trauma, behavioral concerns, and family dynamics. My integrative approach blends evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, and emotional regulation to support healing. I work with children, teens, adults, and families facing trauma, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to provide a safe space for growth.
I specialize in trauma-informed, integrative therapy, helping individuals, families, and children heal from past wounds and build resilience. My approach fosters self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth. Whether you’re seeking support for life’s challenges or deeper transformation, I offer a compassionate space to help you thrive.
Life can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re struggling with past trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, I see you—and I’m here to help. Healing is possible, and together, we can create a path forward that feels right for you. You deserve a safe space to process, heal, and grow.
