Deciding to do therapy can be scary. Will my therapist judge me? Will my therapist understand me? Will my therapist be able to help me? These are all normal questions to ask when trying to decide whether or not to make the commitment. Therapy is a journey that you invite me to take with you and I feel privileged to be a part of this process.

I have over 9 years' experience as a therapist in various settings, including higher education and community mental health. I have worked with both males and females ranging in age from teens, middle age and senior citizens, who presented with a variety of issues and concerns.

I don’t use a one size fits all approach. I see you as a unique individual and will take the time to get to know you and together we will find what works best for you. I help you recognize existing strengths (yes, you have them), help you build upon those and work with you to continue to build resilience.
